Given input surface.

Tooling Axis:

It was created manufacturing the tool based this axis.

Class B surface:

First i take direct offset the A surface, After that some areas are gap occurring so i take a boundary and split the separet part and do the extrapolation and trim the surface. ref my future tree below.

Class C surface:

I will take Sweep option with ref of the surface.
