by conducting draft analysis ;found that the surface a is not proper .there are some region in surface a which is in between 0 and 3 degree to tooling axis.

by conducting draft analysis in final trim product we found that there is some region where less than 0 degree to tooling axis and some in between 0 and 3 degree to tooling axis.
