Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation - Challenge 2
By interpreting the class A surface visually, we can see a projections and slots we can select the Y direction as the tooling axis. By draft analysis, most of the class A surface satisfy a draft angle greater than 3 digrees, exept for some small areas which are unavoidable. So I proceed with the tooling axis.

So class A surface is offseted by 2.5mm to create class B surface. And the missing areas of the class B surface is filled with surface tools. By sweeping the boundary of class A surface, class C surface is created. By joining and trimming class C surface with the class A surface and class B surface, a closed surface is created. with this closed surface, closed body is created.
Draft analysis of this body is conducted. Most of the areas exept some areas including class C surface is satisfying the draft angle.

Class B features.
The doghouse is created following the design rules in the specified positions.
Draft analysis of Dog house
X axis is selected as the side core tooing axis. The draft analysis of the Dog house is conducted.
Inner surface : The inner surface of the doghouse satisfies a draft angle of 1.5 digrees with the side core tooling direction.

Outer surface : Outer surface of the doghouse satisfies a draft angle of 1.5 digree with the main tooling axis.
