Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation - Challenge 2

AIM:

To create the plastic part for the given class A surface through class B surface and class C surface, and Also create the dog house plastic part on the made plastic part.

|Tooling axis created along class A surface |

Tooling axis is the initial step of the plastic part design in which it used for class C surface creation for the draft axis direction and for the further process of plastic part creation.

|CLASS B SURFACE CREATION|

class B surface is formed from the class A surface by offsetting it to the plastic part thickness and also by extracting the faces from class A surface.

|CLASS C SURFACE CREATION|

class C surface creation are created from the tooling axis and the class A surface,this class C surface can be created using the boundary and sweep on the class A surface.

|CLASS A SURFACE AND CLASS C SURFACE|

class A surface and class C surface are joined to create class A surface and class C surface which is used to create the close part of class A surface ,class C surface and class B surface.

|CREATION OF CLOSE SURFACE|

Close surface is created using the triming option of class A surface and class C surface with class B surface.

|AFTER CREATION OF CLOSE SURFACE PLASTIC PART IS CREATED AND DRAFT ANLYSIS IS PERFORMED|

|FINAL PLASTIC PART ISOMETRIC VIEW ,TOP VIEW, FRONT VIEW AND SIDE VIEW WITH DOG HOUSE|

RESULT:

The plastic part for the given class A surface through class B surface and class C surface, and Also the dog house plastic part was made on the plastic part closed surface.
