AIM:

In this case we made Core and cavity for making the part.

Objective:

1. Create CORE

2. Create CAVITY

Process Summary:

• Check the Draft analysis which surface showing Green & Red.
• Extrapolate the Class-A surface
• Extrapolate the Class-C surface(Sweep surface)
• Trim above 2 Surface.
• Create the Parting surface.
• Separate the part and core block
• Separate the part and cavity block
• Finally creat the parting line.
