SWIZZ BEZEL CORE & CAVITY EXTRACTION:
AIM:
To design core &cavity extraction using part of swizz bezel.
FINDING MAIN TOOL DIRECTION:
Already find the tooling axis on pervious section
ANALYSIS THE PART FOR CORE & CAVITY EXTRACTION:
Checking a solid part using a command of FEATUR DRAFT ANALYSIS green color highlighted area having 3DEG and above .
EXTRACTION OF CORE:
I. Extraction core surface from swizz bezel part using command of multi extraction
II. And creating parting line and make extrude along the direction of main tooling direction
III. Make merge the surface of parting line and core surface using command of trim
PARTING LINE:
EXTRACTION OF CAVITY:
I. Extraction cavity surface from swizz bezel part using command of multi extraction
II. And creating parting line and make extrude along the direction of main tooling direction
III. Make merge the surface of parting line and core surface using command of trim
ANALYSIS THE CORE & CAVITY:
I. Checking the draft analysis the core & cavity all area are releasing and checking interference the core & cavity
CONCULSION:
The core & cavity extraction from the give part of swizz bezel using CATIA V5.
