Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Coin Holder Design
COIN HOLDERS DESIGN:
- First Checking Class A surface using Command boundary when there is opening surface close it.
- After checking the create a point on the center of the hole
- Next Creating Coordination axis system and intersects x,Y plane with surface and taking reference line from intersection line.
- Creating a Main Tooling direction Line and Side direction line check draft analysis
- Final Draft analysis completed.
- After completing draft analysis creating B surface thickness of 2.5 mm after creating class C surface and trim it A,B,C Surface and close the surface for solid part model
- Final draft analysis green colour highlights are 3 deg above and blue colour surface are 0 deg draft.
- conclusion coin holder design completed
