Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Coin Holder Design
Creating tooling axis line
Tooling axis is created to determine the direction of mold opening and closing. Draft around the different face is provided along tooling axis.

Creation of Class A surface
- It is created from Class A surface
- Surface from Class A are extracted
- The same surface are untrimmed
- These surface are extrapolated
- The extrapolated surface is offset by the given value
Creation of Class B surface
- Creating boundaries from Class A surface
- Performing sweep operation at 3 deg along the tooling axis from those boundaries
- connecting the swept part with the help of trim. The final trim is class C surface

Creation of final surface
By joining Class A B C surface a final surface is created with the join tool.

Draft analysis
Draft is an angle provided on the face of a component with respect to tooling axis. Providing draft ensure easy remove of component from the mold cavity. Draft analysis help us to determine draft of every face of a component with respect to tooling axis.
Steps to perfome draft analysis
- We have to check continuty of the surface
- We find the tooling direction with the help of tooling axis
- By using draft analysis tool we put compass on the tooling axis and get the result of draft analysis.

Final results
- The green colour represent angle of the surface with respect to tooling axis being greater than 3 deg.
- The blue colour represent angle between 0 and 3.
- The red colour represent angle lesser than 0 deg.
