Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper
BUMPER PLASTIC COMPONENT
AIM:
To create the Bumper Design Plastic component through the given Class-A surface.
CLASS A SURFACE:
Class a surface made by the designer which is given as an input to the plastic modeler to work on. it is aesthetic surface and the outer most surface.

TOOLING DIRECTION:
Tooling axis is the direction in which a core or cavity of mold opens. This Axis is very important to determine the orientation of the component in mold, core and cavity design.

CLASS B SURFACE:
The A-surface is offsetted by 3.00mm as it is the thickness required. The Areas where the B-surface has issues are corrected by closing them using commands like offset, multiple extract, extrapolate, fill. Finally all the created surfaces are trimmed or joined together with offset surfaces done earlier. This created a single single surface which will act as the final B-surface.

CLASS C SURFACE:
C surface is created with help of A-Surface by using the Sweep(with reference surface) and Boundary command separately, finally joined together to get the final C surface.
