Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

Create the Bumper Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.

Take the Thickness of the component to be 3 mm

Class A

Class B:

Class B is Creatted by of setting the the class A surface to 3mm. We achive Class B Surface. By doing the Patch works We achive the complete Class B Surface.

Class C Surface:

Class C is the surface the joins Class A and B. The Class C is Achived by sweeping the surface to 90Deg across the boundary of the Class A.

Final Part:

WE achived Class A B and C surfaces.

For the Final Joining first we join Class A with Class C. Then the Join of A&C is trimmed with the Class B surface.
