Week 8 - Challenge 2 - Base Bracket Design

REPORT

Base Bracket Design-To design Base Bracket I use Class A Surface to Create Class B and Class C Surface.In Class B I Create Base surface, Rib 1 and Rib 2 and In Class C I create Boundary and Sweep and then apply Trim surfaces.

Draft analysis-The Draft Analysis command enables you to detect if the part you drafted will be easily removed. This type of analysis is performed based on color ranges identifying zones on the analyzed element where the deviation from the draft direction at any point, corresponds to specified values.

Tooling Axis-To create tooling axis first i make dummy tooling axis and Create intersect from Class A surface, Now two lines created on angled surface using point-point feature. Now by using Bisecting line the main tooling Axis created.

Blue-Blue color show angle between 0-2.99degree.
