Week 8 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

PART 1

TOOLING AXIS :It shows the direction of movement of the core and cavity of the mould. core and cavity are the male and female part of the moulding machine.when the core and cavity is close the molten material is filled between the core and cavity to get product.but the design of core and cavity is depend upon the symmetry of the product and direction of the core which opens.

drafting analysis: drafting analysis of base bracket is represented in 3 colour. green colour which shows the area having draft of 3 degree,red shows 0 degree draft and blue shows -ve draft.
