Week 8 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

Tooling axis:-

• First creat centre point of hole of class A surface, then creat dummy tooling axis and plane at this point.
• Intersect this plane with class A surface for getting intersection curve, then creat two lines both draft side
• Creat final tooling axis by bisecting between this two line.

Draft Analysis:-

• First customize view in material mode,
• Select draft analysis tool and positon the compass draft direction on tooling axis then select surface of claas A surface or solid plastic base bracket for draft analysis view.
• Quick analysis mode:-

Green color:- 3 degree

Red color:- 0 degree

Blue color:-
