to create a line select line dierction then point direction select point then increase the length of the line

then plane direction of YZ plane selecting a point then intersection direction by selecting a element direction point 1

then create a line on a class a surface both side

and to create a bisecting line select both the ine which created on the class a surface and bisecting line
