Model-1) - Quick return mechanism

1. Part Creation

   Created parts individually

   1. Body 1First created a solid body of the given shape with an end hole. And created a part in between the solid body and removed it.
   2. Body 2 First created the bottom 25mm-diameter cylinder and add the 6mm-diameter cylinder.
   3. Body 3 First created the 15mm*10mm*15mm cuboid. Then created and added the 47.5mm long and 6mm-diameter cylinder.
   4. Body 4 Created the main part with holes at the left side and middle. The created added a cylinder at the right side with a 6mm diameter.
      
   5. Body 5: Created a cylinder with a 10mm diameter with 50 mm height.
2. Assembly The assembly of the bodies started by creating a product. Then created a part named QRM RF (skeleton reference), in which a skeleton reference point was created and published and then fixed in that position. Then inserted 5 Body parts which were created separately. then created separate Geometrical sets in each body and created required reference points, axis and plains. Then published the reference elements along with the plains in each body separately. Then assembled each element separately.

a. Part Creation

BODY 1:

Created a reference point. then created a Geometrical set and sketched a circle of 50 mm diameter in the XY plane and created a part to pad the circle to a vertical cylinder of 100 mm height. 50 mm to the top and 50mm to the down from the sketched surface. Then created a similar cylinder horizontally in the ZX plane through the vertical cylinder. And then add the two parts. Then the filleted the joining edges.
