PROCEDURE : In this design assignment all the parts of QUICK RETURN ASSEMBLY are created using Boolean Operation. In the assembly design steps –

• BODY – 1 is coincidence with BODY – 2 by axis & surface.
• BODY – 3 is coincidence with BODY – 4 by axis.
• BODY – 4 is coincidence with BODY – 1 by axis in curve slot.
• BODY – 3 is coincidence with BODY – 1 by side surface in straight slot.
• BODY – 4 is coincidence with BODY – 3 by surface.
• BODY – 5 is coincidence with BODY – 4 by axis.
• BODY – 3 is coincidence with BODY – 4 by surface.
