Objective:

1. Design a Base Unit for the units designed for the above challenges with all weldments for the given Car Panel.

2. Design the complete Fixture assembly (the units designed in the previous challenges can also be used). Make sure that all the 5 Panels given in the CAD data are fully constrained with the 3-2-1 principle.

Methodology:

I syarted with creating a base plate under the given panel of the car. It was a wide rectangular plate.

Then I designed some hollow long rectangular Tubes to support the base plate and extend the legs from the plate.

Then I made rectangular plate under the corner of the tubes to reinforce the joint. After this was done in a seperate product file with the name weld 02.

Then I made another plate under that to extend the leg from this plate. and a separate late under the leg for stability and a bolt hole of M24 on the plates.

Then I seleted multi installation feature To create copies of this product file under the parent product filr of base units.

This gave me 4 leg assemblies on 4 corners of the base plate.
