Week 6-Meshing of Hood Challenge

Aim :

The aim is to take midsurface and mesh the given hood.

Objective:

Procedure:

Initially import the model in hypermesh optistruct,

then take a geometry cleanup autocleanup,

and extraxt the midsurface of each parts seperately and save it,

Then add the washer split at the required areas and do the mesh with 5 as size ,

Before that add the criteria setting in the preferences,

Now go to 2d and click the auto mesh and mesh it with the mixed at 5 and,

Generate the mesh, and check for the criteria,

Result:

Therefore the hood hasbeen meshed and the model hasbeen attached in the asset.
