Use tetra elements to mesh the Volumes defined in the model and check for the below quality after Volume meshing.

Working Procedure:
Step 1: Import the model and check the geometrical errors.

Step 2: Check quality criteria and give the minimum length and maximum length.

Step 3: Check the mesh parameters.

Step 4: Check the length parameters.

Step 5: Meshing the components one after another. Here i have choose the Spot mesh and generate the mesh, and check the element fails.

Step 6: Do the volume mesh, here firstly define the component in to Psolid.

Step 7: Apply the Tetra FEM mesh.

Step 8: Finally check the Tetra collapse.
Learning outcomes: In this Solid meshing process i have learn the new things like, Volume mesh process and new commands (spot mesh, map, tetra fem, tetra rapid).
Conclusion: Solid meshing process is a quick process, it requires less time to define and mesh the component. As compare to other process, it gives the good mesh and element failure is less.
