Week- 5 - Solid meshing
Step 1- MODEL OPEN AND CHECK FOR COMPONENT.
Opened the given rearview mirror file in ANSA and check / review components / parts involved.
Step 2-PROPERTY AND MATERIAL
Check the property and material of rearview mirror.
Step 3- TOPO AND CHECKED GEOMETRIC
Performed Topo And Checked geometric and fix the error
If few error are not fix by command / auto resolved the issue by manual method.
Step 4- STORE AND LOCK VIEW
By using store lock command store the view all the 4 component
Step 5- SETTING QUALITY CRITERIA.
Mid surface created using FACE – offset, middle ( single) tab and selected the part and provided the thickness and keep the parent surface as it and mid surface created.
Step 6- SURFACE MESHING AND VOLUME MESHING
- Select the lock view
- Set perimeter length to 1.
- Perform spot mesh on surfaces
- Check for quality issue and fix.
- After fixing quality issue, define volume in volume mesh.
- performed unstructured mesh using tetra hexa mesh
- And check for quality for given criteria
