3. industrial applications: dc-dc converters, ev, ac-dc convertors, dc - ac convertors,ac-ac convertors

4. aerospace applications: dc-dc converters, ac-dc convertors, dc - ac convertors

application of power convertors in ev:

dc-dc converters to supply regulated voltage to system

ac-dc convertors to charge the battery

dc - ac convertors to drive the motor

buck converter to reduce voltage to desired voltage for auxilary devices.

converter that we should use for horn which should be supplied 10v is buck convertor for an input volatge of 12v.to reduce volatge from 12v-10v.
