Week 4- Meshing of Backdoor Challenge

Hello sir,

This regards the challenges of backdoor seperated model.first we import the geometry and then we assign the autocleanup and also we check and correct the free edges by using equilance on wire frame mode,and then we create the midsurface by using the automidsurface after the defeaturing process its clear the fillets within the limits then make the midsurface was correct the some issues based on material deformation then we make a automesh process based on the given parameters are above mention after we create the mesh we improve the quality when we correct the meshing elements by using the cleanup tools ,remeshing,element optimize,place node,combine elements,split elements and also if we observed the some elements deformed its out and create the new elements after we check the all quality criteria we formed the components,properties and materilas for the proper thickness.those the things are applied in the model.

NOTE:Our kindly information to you for the submission of model wont allow because of the oversize of the properties size and also we make the compression unfortunately those things also not applicable so kindly accepted the images of the models submission for your grading process.
