Week- 5 - Solid meshing

Hello sir,

This regards the report about the challenge model of rear view mirror.

First we check geometry-execute-fix-no error.

this is a solid mesh model so its not suitable for mid surface extract.

so we go for meshing with specification(quality creteria) of given by you.

solid mesh have two mesh

1.tetra mesh (unstructural mesh)

2.hexa mesh (structural mesh)

we use tetra mesh.its have ortho and tria

ortho its suitable for curved faces,tria is suitable for flat faces.

after we finish the mesh flow.

then we go for volume mesh.

first we define the volume mesh manually. then set Pid for the material.

we check the volume part means (unstructural mesh through the inot comment) to cut and see the part.

after we set the tet collapse given by you.

thats the proceedure for do it.
