Week 6 - Creating connection for Rear door

Hello sir,

This regards the report of week 6 challenge model.

This model had a connection type there are 5 types of connections are there.

1.weld connection

2.Bush (beeding)

3.adhessive

4.spring

5.bolt

those are the types of connections in 1D element.

Where we download the model.first we connect the rigid connections it means two node RBE2 and Multi node RBE2.

cluster RBE2 it used under the rigid connections.if it contains the bold connections where we kept the multi node RBE2 for each side means (head side and nut side)then we use RBE2 double node to joint each master node it reperesent the stem of bolt.

then we create the CBUSH with the door glass side.we create the curve -to transform-create the spotweld line-set P1 and P2 with the represent of RBE3-CBUSH-RBE3.
