Task 1 :

As shown in the figure, inside the stateschart it goes through the process by checking the input conditions and in the end turns on the light to green when it is finish. if the water level is not enough it turns on the red light in the upper one.

Task 2:

Running the simulation in Inf Stop time, one can adjust the constant value and see the corresponding gear value.
