      Working Principle

                    "Centrifugation"

                                Centrifugation is a sepration process that uses the action of centrifugal force to promote accelerated settling of particles in a solif-liquid mixture'

Process involved in washing machine

•  Soaking
•  Washing
•  Rinsing
•  Dryer

Conditions applied in the sumilink model

• If the supply is available, the system gets started.
• If the water supply is not available the process will stop and tndicate through the led.
• Soaking time should be 200s and washing time is 100s.
• Then rinsing hapens for 20s and dryer runs for 50s.
• If all the process is completed LED will turn on. 

Sumilink Block Diagram

Water supply is not available, so the total system turned OFF, then it indicate through LED.

When the water supply is available,the system gets started and all the process are completed then is shows green color on the LED.

Gear Shift Logic

        Working Principle

               Gear use the principle of Mechanical advantage,which is the ratio of output force to the input force in a system.Mechanical advantage is given by the gear ratio,which is the ratio of the final gear speed to the initial gear speed in a gear train.

                           1               0 TO 15

                          2               16 TO 25

                          3               26 TO 40

                          4               41 TO 60

                          5               Above 61

       When the speed increases the gear will change,that will appears in the simulink display.
