The washing machine challenge is done according to nthe challenge given and it is implemented with the stateflow and satisfied all the condition which is asked in the challenge and the simulation is runed for 500 sec and the simulation runned according to the need.I attaching the simulation below.

The Gearb shift challenge is done according to the challenge given and set varies speed ratio on gera varing from gera 1 to gear5 and simulation is also implemented with stateflow and simulation is runned for 100 sec and the speed varied manually and see the corresponding gear ratio associate with it as per the condition given on the challenge.The simulation is attached below.
