1)

Initially After Power is ON, flow is towards WaterSupplyON State, Here we check if water supply is there through variable Wtr(input)

If Wtr = 0; Then it foes to WaterSupplyOFF state and assign NoWater(output) to 1, Which will enable RED light in Lamp

If Wtr =1; Then It moves to Soaking State and Assign S = 0. After 200 sec, S becomes 1 and moves to Washing State . Here all the output Variables are connected to Lamp, After every successful completion of task state Lamp turns Green.

Similarly all state variables becomes 1 when it exits its state. After All the task is done E becomes 1 to state that process is Over.

2) As per the given Criteria, Gear Shifts as Speed Increases and Viceversa.
