CONTROL LOGIC OF A WASHING MACHINE:
WASHING MACHINE:
It is a machine which holds various tasks like soaking,washing,rinsing & drying with in specific time.All these actions are performed by centrifugal force.
THE DIFFERENT MODES OF WASHING MACHINE IS DONE IN THE ABOVE DAIGRAM USING STATE FLOW.
- If power supply is available,then the system gets activated.
- If water supply is not available,then the process gets stopped & indicates through LED.
- If water supply is available then, the clothes gets soaked for 200sec & gets washed for 100 sec followed by the rinsing which happens for next 20 sec & dry runs for 50 sec & get terminated and flashes the LED once the process gets completed.
GEAR SHIFT:
CONSTANT: To multiply with slider gain.SLIDER GAIN: It acts as a throttle to increase or decrease the speed.STATE FLOW: It controls the gear shifting.GRAPH: It plots the graph of gear and speed.PROCEDURE: At initial positon the slider is zero, when we increase the speed using slider gain the flow chart checks its position and acts accordingly. The range of first gear is 0-15kmph.
The range of second gear is 16-25kmph.
The rane of third gear is 26-40.
The range of fourth gear is 41-60.
The range of fifth gear is above 61.
