Week - 4 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

For Mid surface generation, uses following methods,

for shell part - Face-mid surface

for external ribs- cons - middle than faces extend & cons - imprint wherever required.

for internal ribs - Cons-middle than extended to surface.

For Internal Ribs & slope like faces ,Made circular pattern of its mid surface to the internal body by using transform and COG point.

For Meshing,

Approached Batch mesh for full body and after assigning Quality criteria , used shell improve option for fixing the quality issues for better mesh flow.
