Hello Sir/Ma'am,

The below method used for respective operations,

for Mid Surface operation (Manual),

Base surface - OFFSET

Dog House - Middle curve for generating middle cons, Middle face for side rib which is attache to base than cons-create used for taking circle centre line and final face crate to generate faces.

for Long Ribs - Curves-middle ---- face-New.

Extend Mid surface as per parent geometry.

Assign Each of all thickness as per Set PID Method.

Generate Mesh & Reconstruct as per best.

Defined Quality Criteria.

Worked On Mesh flow & Quality By using Shell-Reconstrut , Element-split, join swap & grid- paste Node, MV free.
