1) Repair the cracks and clean up the model.

2) checking geometry & take mid surface by Auto-mid

3) Apply Criteria as given & solve as best for quality mesh.

4) repair mesh for obtaining best quality mesh.

5) for Quality mesh used command - Grid-Move, Paste , split , swap & join.
