Question 1

Aim

To use Simulink to form a stateflow of the given problem of washing machine and to solve it.

Blocks used

Process

The constants are marked as power in and water in, and these are then called inside the chart through some conditional statements.

Then the chart is formed with all the necessary states such as soaking, washing, rinsing, drying.

All the conditions are given while connecting the states. And the time is set as in model.

Connect a lamp to indicate the state of work of the washing machine.

Aim

To use Simulink to form a stateflow of the given problem of Gear shift and to solve it.

Blocks used

Process

The constant is set to enter the speed value and is connected to the chart.

The charts is then formed with blocks that are necessary for the gear shift.

The conditional statements are then assigned as per the question and is then solved as per the solution needed.

Then the chart is connected to the display to show the gear value.
