Week 4-1D Element Creation Challenge
Objective:- To create the 1D elements cbar, crod, cbeam, with the various sections in hyper beam.
Procedure:-
- First step is to import the model in the hypermesh,
- NExt step is to do auto cleanup.
- Create the mid surface for the given component from geometry-- midsurface.
- Organize the bracket in different collector.
- Create the 2D mesh for the component for given element length 5 units
- Now create the cross section for 1D element in hyperbeam as shown below
- Next step is to create the material as shown below
- Create the properties for the component, beam, rod & bar assign then respectively as shown below
- Now create the rbe2 and rbe3 links with given constraints in the question. After creating connect those link with 1d Elements rod, bar, beam, spring.
