Week-3 Challenge: ADVISOR Tool
1. Observations and Results -
- The vehicle cannot travel for 45kms with FTP cycle. Because after increasing the mass of vechicle of 500kg, it will travel only for 41.4kms
- Original default condition is present with cargo mass with 136kg. it will travel upto 48.2km
- Increase in weight leads to power loss to travel higher distance
2.
- When the battery capacity is less than 25 modules, the vehicle travels less distance
- When the battery capacity is greater than 30 modules, then the vehicle travels more distance.
- Battery capacity is energy storage that the vehicle uses for movement
- If the energy is more than the distance travelled is more.
- If energy is less than the distance travelled is less.
- 25 modules are taken as default data value in battery capacity.
3.
| S.NO. | SPEED | GRADEABILITY |
| 1 | 1 | 31.7 |
| 2 | 10 | 30.9 |
| 3 | 40 | 11.7 |
| 4 | 55 | 8.9 |
| 5 | 65 | 7.2 |
| 6 | 70 | 6.3 |
| 7 | 80 | 4.5 |
| 8 | 100 | 1.3 |
| 9 | 101 | 1.1 |
| 10 | 102 | 0.3 |
| 11 | 103 | 0 |
Conclusions-
- If speed is less, gradeability percentage is more.
- If speed is more, gradeability percentage is less.
- Speed and gradeability is inversely proportional to each other.
