Week 2 Challenge : Surface meshing on a Pressure valve

Aim:To check the geometrical errors and perform the topological cleanup and also meshing the given model by setting the three different given target lengths such as 1mm,3mm and 5mm.

Hardware Required:Monitor,Keyboard,Mouse and CPU.

Software Required: ANSA v23.0.0 x64bit.

Description:ANSA is a computer-aided engineering tool for Finite Element Analysis and CFD Analysis widely used in the automotive industry. It is developed by BETA CAE Systems. The software is distributed world wide by a number of BETA CAE Systems subsidiaries and business agents.

Procedure:

1.Open ANSA v23.0.0 x64bit software.

2.Import the required model from files.

3.After importing the model start checking the geometrical errors and then rectify the errors you found in the model.

4.After sorting out all the geometrical errors, start doing topological cleanups if present any topological errors.

5.Then after that start doing mesh the model with the different various lengths such as 1mm,3mm and 5mm respectively.

Precautions:

1.System software should be handled carefully.

2.Check the model before and after completing the work and make sure there should not any errors.

Result:Checking the geometrical errors and preforming the topological cleanup and also meshing the given model by setting the three different given target lengths was done by using the ANSA software.
