1.RFQ RECEIVED:-

• A request for quote (RFQ) is a solicitation sent to a number of suppliers seeking bids for a contract to supply specific products or services. The request must specify the quality and quantity needed, and the timing desired by the company or organization.

2.1st SPEC DISSCUSSION MEETING:-

• In meeting disscussion all stations,layout,design hours and simulation hours,robots required .
• What time required for complate project cyle time and project cost.

3.OFFER SUBMISSION:-

• After all hours calculation offer sumitted to customer.

4.PO RECIPT:-

• Offer submission order recived copy means puechase order reviced.

5.SCHEDULE PREPARATION:-

• Project all design,manufacturing,and BOM detail taken in account and detail preparation done by project engineer.
• Project sheet all look like following,
• Design also invovled sevral step see chart,

1. First all data recevied from customer verify by designer any point missing then contact to customer.
2. After that 3d concept of design make nd sumit to customer apporval.
3. After approval concept design to be ready and gievn to simulation and any feedback from simulation updated and QC check any feed back from QC again updated and give to simulation again.
4. After all check then BOM relesed standred item like cylinder and sensor,rises,shim orded.

6.BOM:-

• Design approval BOM release.

7.DESIGN CONCEPT PRAPARATION:-

• Design concept praparation to be done.

8.CONCEPT APPROVAL:- Design concept aproval done.

9.DETAILING AND DRAWING:- Drafting and deatil sheet release for manufacturing.

10.MECH/ELECT ASSY:- IN that all std, cylinder, sensor ordrd.
