OBJECTIVE

- Mesh the component according to the quality criteria
- Assign the thickness
CLEANUP

Component’s cleanup is done. Some line is being toggled.
MID SURFACE

After doing cleanup the middle surface is generated by auto mid surface and after that some cleanup is done for toggling unwanted lines.
THICKNESS

Thickness is assigned by property method.
MESH
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Auto manual mesh of element size 5 is done on the middle surface part by part for reducing the trias and also to maintain quality of mesh.
In this component reasonable number of feature found out of which some are captured properly and some are ignored because of negligible diameter.
Element checkup is done after completion of mesh and found zero number of failing elements.
CONCLUSION

Hence the deployment of mesh in middle surface according to quality criteria is achieved.
