AIM

Mesh the component and assign the thickness.
OBJECTIVE

- Generate the middle surface
- Mesh the model according the quality criteria
- Assign the thickness
MID SURFACE

Since the model has variable thickness, hence the model is being approached by dividing into 4 pics.
And then the mid suurface is generaated separetely by offset method.
ASSIGN THICKNESS

Thickness is assigned by defining the property and then linked for the component.
MESH
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The model is being meshed according to the quality criteria with target element of 4mm.
CONCLUSION

Hence the mesh is done and thickness is assigned.
