^ Heat stake should used to attach a one component to another component.
^ The heat Stake are created with a separate height as required .
^ Heat stake are supported to the rib.
^ Heat stake is 0.5 degree drafted .
4 WAY LOCATOR
^ 4 Way locator should used in normal surface.
^ The locator should gived a required height.
^ Locater created with 0.5 degree and o.25 fillet all edges.
FLANGES
- Flanges are located in heat stakes.
- Flanges are created toassemble to heat stakes.
- the flages created 0.25 degree fillet in whole body.
- Flange corner is created with r3.
DOG HOUSE
- Dog house created with respective angle,degree and length.
- The dog house used to add push clip.
- Dog house is easiest way to attach a part.
