Week 12- Final project
- From the given stp file which includes the all surfaces and master sections to seperate each part opened the stp file on the new product and created Catpart and moved the each surfaces and master sections to each catpart and worked on each parts as per the help of mastersections for the dimentions and engineering features.
- Firstly created Tooling Directions for the all Parts with the possible way to make the product.
- For all four parts created Class B from the given Class A and created Class C surface from Class A and joined both eachother and trimmed with Extrapolated Class B and maked Closed Surface.
- After that created engineering features on Class B such as Flanges , Heat stakes,Ribs,Locator and Dog houses each parts which needed.
- At the final Product opened new CAtpart from Pushpin stp file and attached each pushpin on top of dog houses and fix the each parts which are ARMREST,BOTTLEHOLDER,LOWER SUBSTRATE & MAPPOCKET.
- For the Easiness maked Publication For Class A,Tooling Axis,Class B,Extrapolated Class B,Class C for all parts.
- Done the Draft Analysis for each part and maked the Report on the ppt and Attached .
