Bill Of Material:- A bill of Material is a Comprehensive inventory of raw material, assemblies, sub-assemblies and parts and components as well as quantities of each, needed to manufacture a product. In Short, it is the list of all items required to build a product. A BOM is sometimes referred to as product structure, assembly component list or production recipe.

A well-defined BOM helps companies :

- Plan Purchase of Raw Materials
- Estimate material costs.
- Gain Inventory control.
- Ensure Supply robustness and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Track and plan material requirements.
