Week 11 - Project - A pillar Design with Master Section

Tooling axis :

Create a point on a surface and create line to make a compass on line and check the tooling axis of class A surface with respective 3 degree

2.Closed surface

make offset of class A surface of 2.5 mm thickness to create CLASS B SURFACE and creating CLASS C surface by usding sweep tool and make joint of CLASS A AND CLASS C SURFACE and make joining of two surface triming of class a+c surface and class b surface we got a closed surface we can analysis whether it is closed or not by using boundary tool closed body surface is shown

3.Tooling axis

tooling axis need to be check for closed same like a calss A surface

4.DOG HOUSE AND RIBS

Create a dog house and ribs by using master section in part work bench with 1.5 degree draft angle for dog house and 0.5 degreee angle of ribs by using a boolean operation .We can add rib with doghouse to make single part and add dog house and ribs with closed body .By using a union trim we can delete unwanted parts in the job
