Week 11 Car Crash simulation

Aim:

The aim is to analyze the given model.

Objective:

To perform a parametric study using 3 different values of thickness for the car body.

Procedure:

Initially open up the ansys workbench,

then open up the model, add explicit dynamics,

and edit material in engg data,

then open the geometry and edit in the mechanical ansys,

Add the required coordinates,

now generate the mesh with sizing and apply it and

give the fixed and displacement,

change the end time setting,

and add the solution requirements,

finally solve it and save it as archive.

Therefore for the given model it has been analyzed and the results tabulated and the animation and archive has added to the asset.
