Challenge

Week 10 - Challenge 3 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

AIM:

Create a heat stakes and locator with the consideration of design rules

TOOLING AXIS:

Create a tooling axis which is clearing the all side of direction in class A surface using bisecting method shown in

given image in below

Draft analyse the class A surface using tooling axis with the draft angle of 3 degree and it clear the class A surface image mention

below

And next we has to create a class B surface by using offset of the class A surface and its show some error in the fillet area and we

have to solve it using comments like fill blend multi section surface

Next to create the class C surface using sweep in class A and then join both the sweep and class A surface to create the class C

surface surface image mention below

And then finally we have to trim the class A B C to get the final trim

And make the final trim to the solid part body

And to make locator and heat stakes considering the design rules

Draft analyses of final component using tooling axis with 0.5 degree because we draft the locator and the heat stakes in 0.5

degree.
