Heat Stake and Locator

Multiple trims for an usefull part like dore trim which has multiple sub section. All these sub trim need to be assembled, for joining these parts we can use multimple ways one of the way is using heat stake

Heat Stake 

In this process boss like part is heated and joined with other sub trim. this method is most economical and fast in manufacting process. 

Locator

As name suggest it help to sub trim to align easly. This help in assembly process and increase the speed of next operation of joining.
