DOOR HANDLE PLASTIC BODY

SURFACE CREATION:

Creating the class A, B, C. Input Given class A surface is a base surface and next step is create class B surface using class A surface modification. the feature is used offset, extract, untrim, trim, join, ect....

TOOLING AXIS

Tooling axis is created choosing major position of visual axis next step is choose surface create the point. and next step is select the plane sketches the line step of bisecting the line is called bisecting method.

DRAFT ANALYSIS

The draft analysis is use for the analysis of the door handle plastic body. Input is 2.8-to-3-degree analysis the body is appeared green color and then >1 degree is red <-1 is in blue coler.

RIB

The rib sketch line exit workbench thickness tool is used and draft definition is 0.5 degree and rib thickness is 0.4t part body

SCREW BOSS

The screw boss created using base circle and draft definition is 0.5 degree and edge fillet is 0.25 radii.
