Rib Thickness 0.4*2.5 = 1mm

Height of the rib 5*2.5 = 12.5mm

Draft = 0.5 each side

Base Radius = 0.25mm

Top Thickness = 0.75mm

Rib root thickness 30% of the thickness 2.5*0.3= 1.3mm

Scew Boss Creation

Considering M6 screw

Inner Dia 2.5mm

Thickness per side 0.6*2.5 =1.5mm

Out dia = 1.5*2=3+5.2 = 8.2mm

Draft = 0.5mm

Height of the screw boss 5*2.5 =12.5

Fillet = 0.25
