ASSEMBLY WORKBENCH

Aim: Creat the part model from the given 2D drawing of Quick return mechanism and the Universal joint and assembled the developed component for final product by using assembly workbench

Procedure:First we have to analysis the 2D drawing befor starting the 3D model, we have to find the easy way to creat the model. First i created guider by following the 2D drawing, given all dimention properly and which all dimention is not available i assume that dimention and complet the model.

Next i created the base support by using revolve commond which is very simple way and in less step i have done this model.Like the same way i have creat Pin connector, connector pin, pin.

Once the all model completed, we have to do assembled the all component in assebmly workbench by using the constrain relation to get the final product.

At the same procedure i have created the universal joint. Once the final assembly will finish, we have to do drafting for the product of the assembled one and the single component.
