Ans:
Aim: Using the Architecture/ Structure Project file developed and exporting the Revit architecture and structure model to Navisworks Cache file following the export settings
Procedure:
1. Opening the Architectural models of previous weeks and viewing in 3D view
2. Clicking on export option in the file tab and selecting the NWC
3. The file is now in NWC format and repeating the same procedure to other files.
2) Use Navigate Tool to walk around the model and walk through the rooms created and record your moving as animation in your Navisworks file.
Ans:

Commands used:
Walls
Viewpoint
Procedure:
1.Exporting the Structural and Architectural model to Naviswork
2.Creating a viewpoint
3.Selecting the Record option from the viewpoint and clicking on walk command and walking through the rooms created
4.Clicking stop after walking through all rooms.
3) Use Navigate tool to use Realism feature to walk through the model and record your moving as animation in Navisworks file

2.Creating a viewpoint and clicking on record
3.Selecting the realism option and clicking on third person option
4.Starting a walk by clicking on the record option
5.Clicking stop after walking through all rooms
4) Embed both architecture and structure *.nwc file to your Navisworks file. Create a clash detection test between the two models
a. Run the Clash Detection Test
b. Study the clashes between the two models
c. List which of the clashes could be approved
d. List which of the clashes could be neglected ( will be taken care later)
e. List which of the clashes can be resolved
f. Save the results after color coding the clashes to the Navisworks file
g. In case of resolution annotate the clash and save the view to defined views in Navisworks.
